I really and truly believe that walking is the easiest way to get in shape and stay in shape and that we must all take responsibility for our own health and fitness.

The Walking for Health and Fitness ebook came about because of what I was going through in my life. I had herniated a disk in my back, missed four months of work while I was being treated with epidurals. I was not a happy person both physically and mentally.

In the end, walking got me back into shape and it can do the same for you!
