STRONG™ Clarity Call
Support for Men Navigating
Prostate Cancer
A private, one-on-one conversation to help you regain clarity, confidence, and direction—without pressure or obligation.
This Call Is for You If…
This clarity call is designed for men who are:
Diagnosed with prostate cancer and feeling overwhelmed
In treatment and struggling with fatigue, strength loss, or uncertainty
Finished treatment but unsure how to rebuild physically and mentally
Questioning who they are now—and what comes next
If you feel like you’re “supposed to be fine” but don’t quite feel like yourself yet, you’re not alone.
What This Call Is—and What It Isn’t
This call IS:
A calm, confidential conversation
A chance to talk openly about where you are
A space to gain clarity around next steps
Focused on strength, health, mindset, and identity
This call is NOT:
A sales pitch
A medical consultation
A commitment to coaching
If coaching makes sense, we’ll talk about it. If it doesn’t, you’ll still leave with clarity.
Who I Am
My name is Frank S. Ring.
Author and creator of Walking and Fitness programs built for long-term health and resilience.
I’m a lifelong educator, coach, and author of multiple walking and fitness books. For decades, walking and fitness have been the foundation of my life and my work—helping people build health, resilience, and long-term strength.
When prostate cancer entered my life, I experienced firsthand the physical, emotional, and identity challenges men face—often without guidance beyond medical treatment.
The STRONG™ Through Prostate Cancer Method grew out of that experience.
My mission is simple:
to help men not just get through prostate cancer—but thrive through it and come out stronger, clearer, and more grounded on the other side.
The STRONG™ Framework
STRONG™ stands for:
S — Set Your Mind Each Morning
T — Train Your Body with Walking and Strength
R — Refuel Intelligently
O — Optimize Rest and Recovery
N — Navigate the Mental Battle and Identity Shift
G — Grow Into the Man You’re Becoming After Cancer
This clarity call helps determine how—and if—this framework applies to you right now.
What to Expect
Length: 45 minutes
Format: Private Zoom call
Tone: Calm, respectful, and supportive
We’ll talk about:
Where you are in the prostate cancer process
What you’re struggling with most right now
What kind of support would actually help
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction—regardless of next steps.
No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation.
A Final Word
No matter where you are right now:
You are still strong.
You are still capable.
And this chapter can become a turning point—not an ending.
When you’re ready, I’m here.
