Walking for Fitness - Know Your Why
To get the most from your walking routine, you must know your why!
In this first video in my 3-part series, I’ll raise a number of questions to assist you to in finding your motivation to get you walking and keep you walking.
· What gets you motivated?
· Is there something about motivation that you haven’t tapped into yet?
· Is motivation from within or from the outside?
· What’s your why?
· Chicken or the Egg, which came first?
